The Schell Center for International Human Rights at Yale Law School will today convene a three-day virtual conference for human rights defenders in the sub-region.

Organizers say the conference will bring together about three hundred participants including lawyers, community leaders and journalists to draw up a roadmap in tackling the growing human rights and protection issues in the sub-region.

One of the organizers of the conference and visiting Faculty Scholar, Yale Law School / Schell Center, Attorney Alfred Brownell has been telling WADR more about this conference.
