President Nana Akufo-Addo has banned weddings, funerals, concerts and parties until further notice.

This comes as the nation’s active case count crosses the five thousand mark.

In his 23rd address on measures government is taking to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus, the President also noted that the first batch of vaccines is expected to arrive in Ghana in March 2021
