Nearly a hundred jihadists have been neutralized since the end of the week in an ongoing military operation in Burkina Faso. According to media reports, the air force carried out airstrikes on Tuesday at the headquarters of a terrorist group in Kain-Ouro, located near the border with Mali.
The army and its auxiliaries have hinted that they will continue their offensive actions throughout the national territory. This operation is part of the government’s efforts to combat terrorism in the region, which has seen an increase in attacks in recent years.
