West African College of Surgeons, a conglomeration of over 3,000 doctors from 15 African countries will arrive in the country shortly to perform free surgical operations.
According to the Surgeon’s Country Representative to Liberia—Robert Kpoto, the team's arrival is part of a program leading to the institution’s 62nd General Annual Scientific conference which will be hosted in Liberia.
