The UN Population Fund, Nigeria and the Office of the African Union Youth Envoy on Thursday hosted a Town Hall with Young People in Nigeria, to press for more inclusive opportunities for youths in the country and across the African continent.

AU Youth Envoy, Chindo Cleopatra Mpemba, said the Town Hall is part of the organization's 60 Days Listening Tour Campaign, to promote meaningful participation of African youths.

She said investing in young people will enable Africa to harness the invaluable human capital and entrepreneurial spirit embodied in its bulging youthful population.
