The UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, is calling for more global funding to help rebuild lives in Borno State, Northeast Nigeria currently recovering from the insurgency.
The UN chief made the call on Tuesday in the state's capital, Maiduguri where he interacted with displaced persons, repentant Boko-Haram members and government officials led by the state Governor, Babagana Zulum.
