The adoption of a strategic research agenda towards transforming food systems and sustainability for Africa is currently ongoing in Senegal.

Organized by the agricultural organization, Transforming Food Systems and Agriculture through Research in Partnership with Africa, the TSARA Initiative brings together 19 agricultural research organizations at the African and International levels.

The TSARA second General Assembly is also accessing progress made by the two outgoing co-presidents who led the agriculture initiative for the past thirteen months, and to develop action plan for improving ecological food production systems on the African continent.
