Traditional and Religious Leaders in Northern Nigeria have pledged to fight against Sexual and Gender Based Violence particularly in the protection of women and girls' rights. 

They made the commitment at a summit designed to move from talk to action by the leaders in the region towards curbing the ills of sexual and gender based violence.
