In Togo, due to the recent shortage in cement supply especially in the northern region, the government has decided to regulate cement export.
Meanwhile,Cimenterie de la Côte ouest-africaine’s (CimCo’s) new grinding plant in Lomé is preparing to produce its first cement in March 2022.
