A Military tribunal in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso today, Wednesday, sentenced former Burkinabe president Blaise Compaore and his accomplices in the 1987 coup that killed revolutionist, Thomas Sankara.
Killed at 37 years of age, the Pan Africanist got justice 37 years later.
Compaore was sentenced in absentia to life imprisonment for complicity in the murder of his predecessor Sankara.
