The Gambia's information minister has rubbished claims that the ruling National People's Party (NPP) is registering non-Gambians in the ongoing national voter registration exercise.

Ebrahim Sillah accused some politicians of employing a strategy to make a case when they eventually lose the December 4th presidential elections.
