The Gambia and IMF to crack down on corruption

The Gambian government has engaged the International Monetary Fund for a diagnostic study to prevent corruption. The aim of the study is to identify areas of poor governance which render the country more vulnerable to corruption.

This move comes days after President Barrow suspended all foreign travel for government officials including himself.
