STREET PARLIAMENT – Ghanaians decry high rate of unemployment
According to the statistical service, 1.76 million persons were unemployed in the third quarter of 2022, this number is quickly rising.
Across the three quarters, about 157,000 persons experienced an unemployment spell, meaning they were unemployed in all the quarters.
In this edition of street parliament, we are in Ghana where Atiewin Mbillah-Lawson has been speaking to university students and graduates about the rising unemployment rates, their experiences, fears and solutions.
