In Liberia the Police is currently investigating six Liberian journalists for allegedly attempting to extort money from a local businessman under the pretext of compromising an alleged rape case involving a teenager.
According to Police spokesman Moses Carter, journalists Melvin Molden-36, Israel Amoah Duncann, Joseph Soma, as well as Tennesee Torplue among others were arrested last night at the home of the businessman where they went to collect ten thousand United States dollars as bribes.
