Sierra Leone’s main opposition All People’s Congress {APC} has adopted a new party constitution repealing among other things the controversial selection clause and separating the role of Chairman and Leader which used to be held by one individual.

WADR’s Patrick Sallia reports from the 3-day congress in Makeni, North of the country where over a thousand members of the party gathered to decide on that new dawn.
