Sierra Leone's Parliament and civil society groups have held a session to strengthen the relationship between the two bodies in order to enhance good governance. 

As Patrick Sallia reports, governance experts say having a strong voice that seeks to hold the government accountable in any democracy is the bedrock of any functional democracy.
