The Senegalese Democratic Party and Macky Sall’s Alliance for the Republic are joining forces for the legislative elections scheduled for November 17.

In a joint statement, the two political groups also announced their membership in the Alliance for Transparent Elections (ATEL). Notably, this coalition boycotted the recent meeting between the Minister of the Interior and political parties.
