In Senegal, after the curfew was reinstated in response to the spread of covid-19, the government has just ordered the limitation of the number of passengers on public transport.
The decision takes effect today according to the Senegalese Minister of Transport.
According to Mansour Faye, the "correct" wearing of the mask will again be mandatory.
The measure is mainly aimed at dealing with the outbreak of covid-19 cases that Senegal has recently experienced mainly in the Dakar and Thies regions.
