Participants and speakers, predominantly composed of young individuals, are engaged in exploring innovative approaches to fostering better well-being at the individual, collective, and societal levels in Africa at a well-being summit organized by Senegal-based Non-Governmental Organization TOSTAN.

Aligned with the global movement of regional Wellbeing Forums initiated by The Wellbeing Project, this summit aims to enhance the well-being of social change actors worldwide.

Highpoint of the summit will see participants exploring intersecting topics such as Nurturing individual well-being and community togetherness, the role of religion in well-being, Digital well-being and Mental health in the African context.
