Deliberations on robust health systems in Africa are ongoing at the 3rd Conference on Public Health in Africa in Lusaka the, Zambian capital.

Central to the discussions, which convened numerous experts, is the issue of managing emergencies arising from pandemics, epidemics, or natural disasters.

Despite progress, Africa still faces challenges in this domain.

In addition to urging leaders to implement effective emergency management strategies, specialists emphasized that training and collaboration among Africans represent the most viable solutions.
