Protesters hit the Streets in Burkina Faso over rumours of counter-coup

There were fresh demonstrations on the streets of Ouagadougou, the Burkinabe capital, on Monday over rumours of attempt to destabilize the junta led by Captain Ibrahim Traoré.

The demonstrators, in their numbers, came out to show support for Captain Ibrahim Traoré-led transitional government warning that any further attempt at a counter coup will not be tolerated.
