President George Weah is calling on Liberians to choose the path of peace and never to revert to violence despite their political differences.

President Weah spoke on Thursday during program marking the celebration of 19 years of peace since the end of the country's civil war in 2003, under the theme: Kukatornon (We all we are one).

Weah said despite the heartening political tension ahead of the 2023 Presidential and Legislative elections, peace should be the hallmark of what Liberians say or do.
