Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari, with just over twenty days left in his administration, has launched a new long-term national development plan tagged “The Nigeria Agenda 2050”.
The ambitious plan aims to boost the country’s economy and ensure that Nigeria attains a per capita GDP of $33,328 per annum, positioning it among the top middle-income economies in the world by 2050.
The President inaugurated the plan during a meeting of the Federal Executive Council at the Council Chamber.
