The Ministry of National Defense has disclosed that this year’s celebration of the Armed Forces Day of Liberia will not include the usual pomp and ceremony due to coronavirus restrictions.
Every year, February 11 is set aside as a day of commemoration for all soldiers who have performed heroic duties in service to the nation.
As the enforcers of COVID-19 protocol, the armed forces say they will use today to lead by example by complying with all laid down preventive measures while marking the day.
