Nigeria's Speaker of House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila has once again faulted the delegate system of electing party flag bearers describing it as faulty.
He decried the fates of 170 members out of the 360 who will not be returning to the parliament because they lost their bids to secure their parties’ tickecks in the recently conducted party primaries.
