The Nigerian Military authorities have reacted to reports circulating on social media platforms, strongly condemning allegations that any intervention has been sought or proposed by certain individuals or groups. 

These reports falsely claim that military involvement in Nigeria is being considered.

WADR’s Usman Umar in this report also informs of a military helicopter that crashed while on a rescue mission in the Northcentral region raising fears of casualties.
