Nigerian Federal lawmakers saddened by the deadly drone strike in Kaduna state have raised more than 500 million Naira or 632,000 US dollars to support victims and their families.

Around 127 have been confirmed dead and several dozens injured from that disaster.

Announcing the donation, the leader of the Northern House caucus at the National Assembly Alhassan Doguwa said the fund will support rebuilding efforts of the community situated in the Igabi Local government area of the state.
