The Foreign Affairs minister of Nigeria has echoed comments that the 46 soldiers detained in Mali since July 9 are not mercenaries.
According to Geoffrey Onyeama, who gave an interview to the French media RFI and France24, he visited Bamako on September 9, to request for the release of the soldiers on behalf of President Buhari.
