Terrorists in NIgeria on Wednesday released the 23 remaining captives of the March 28 Kaduna-bound train attack.

This was disclosed by the Secretary to the Chief of Defence Staff Action Committee, Usman Yusuf.

He said the hostages were released at about 4pm on Wednesday
