Federal lawmakers from Nigeria's Southeast say they will intervene to seek a soft landing for the embattled leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.
The lawmakers operating under the umbrella of the Southeast caucus of the National Assembly made this known in a communique issued at the end of their meeting held on Wednesday at the residence of former Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu.
