Nigeria’s Senate is demanding President Muhammadu Buhari declare a state of emergency on security in the country. 

This follows Wednesday’s attack by gunmen on a science college, resulting in the death of one student while several others were abducted.

The matter came up strong on the senate floor after a point of order was raised by a Senator from Niger State.
