President Muhammadu Buhari has launched another youth empowerment scheme called Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme on Tuesday.  

It is aimed at creating a critical pathway for young Nigerians to gain relevant experience and create the right networks towards sustaining the upward mobility of Nigeria's economic trajectory.
