The United Kingdom’s Minister of State for the Armed Forces, James Heappey MP, met with top defense leaders and military chiefs in Nigeria to deepen defense cooperation between both countries and discuss the situation in Niger.
Top brass present were the Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, and the Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Taoreed Lagbaja.
The meeting took place on Wednesday in the Nigerian capital Abuja.
