Head of a State Emergency Management Agency in Nigeria's capital, has called for a review of the country's Fire Service Act of 1963 saying the Act is out of tune with current realities.  

This followed a recent fire outbreak at one of the largest shopping malls in Abuja, Next Cash, and Carry Super Market.
