The Liberian National Police has filed charges against, a notorious individual Nicholas Jack Davies who allegedly used sex videos to extort and intimidate dozens of women, including Nigerian actress Empress Njamah.
Davies was apprehended by the police on a beach in Monrovia while trying to swindle another woman.
The accused has been charged with multiple counts of extortion, theft of property, and criminal coercion.
