Sentenced to six years in prison as part of the hunt for ill-gotten gains, the son of former Senegalese president Abdoulaye Wade has won a battle in Monaco.
The justice of the principality has rejected the State of Senegal’s request, to get a hold of the bank accounts of Karim Wade and businessman Ibrahim Aboukhalil alias Bibo Bourgi domiciled in Monaco.
