Cameroon’s disaster agency says the death toll from a four-story building collapse Sunday in Douala, Littoral region could rise.

The last fatality count of 16 dead was confirmed by the regional governor Samuel Dieudonne Ivaha Diboua, who said nearly forty others sustained injuries.

According to authorities, the disaster involved two structures.
