The Malian transitional government has informed the public about the resurgence of terrorism and violent extremism in recent days.

One such attack is the one that targeted the Sevare airport area on Saturday when suspected terrorists used Kamikaze trucks. 

The Malian army in a statement said Thanks to its troops, 28 terrorists were neutralized during the attack.
