In Mali, the Permanent Strategic Framework have categorically rejected the inter-Malian dialogue initiated by Colonel Assimi Goïta.
This decision by the Malian authorities brings to an end the Algiers Agreement, which was the outcome of the peace process.
Meanwhile, the Movement for the Salvation of Azawad approves the dialogue as the only alternative for the return of peace in the country.
