The United Nations says it is extremely concerned that Mali has prevented its investigators from visiting a municipality where local troops and suspected Russian fighters allegedly killed hundreds of civilians.
At least 300 men are believed to have been summarily executed during a March 27 to 31 raids on Moura.
According to Human Rights Watch, Moura is a town of about ten thousand inhabitants infiltrated by insurgents.
