At least twelve extremists were killed in Mali in airstrikes targeting terrorist bases in three different sectors controlled by insurgents, according to the Malian armed forces.

The General Staff of the army said the airstrikes carried out against terrorist groups in the localities led to the destruction of a logistic depot.
