In Liberia, striking lecturers at the Government-run-Tubman University in Southeastern Maryland County have set a series of preconditions before returning to the classroom.  

The lecturers recently halted learning activities at the institution, accusing the college President Dr. Elliot Wreh-Wilsons of engaging in bad labor practices.
