A petition seeking the imposition of a writ of declaratory judgement against the operation of world steel—giant ArcelorMittal has been filed by senior citizens in Liberia.
Recall that recently, the Liberian government signed an amendment to the ArcelorMittal mineral development agreement, paving the way for the company to invest more than 800 million United States Dollars.
