From Monrovia, the nation’s capital Darlington Porkpa reports. President George Weah of Liberia, will today January 24, deliver his fifth Annual Message to the Legislature, highlighting his administration’s legislative program for the ensuing session.

His speech is in line with Article 58 of the Liberian Constitution that mandates the President to present said report on the fourth working Monday in January each year.
