The Liberian Police has launched a full investigation into a hit-and-run incident at the headquarters of the Unity Party at Broad Street – Monrovia.

Lawrence Williams, 31 years old remains the primary suspect after he rammed into a crowd killing at least three people and injuring 22 others.

The tragedy occurred late Monday as the now ruling party supporters were celebrating the President-elect Joseph Boakai.
