Liberia is on high alert after the Ebola-related deaths in neighbouring Guinea.
On Sunday, a statement issued by health agencies indicated that President George Weah has mandated health authorities in the country to immediately engage communities in towns and villages bordering Guinea and increase anti-Ebola measures.
President Weah also assured the public that no case of Ebola had been found in Liberia and that his government was doing everything to protect citizens from the virus.
Speaking to WADR, the immediate past director of the National Public Health Institute of Liberia, Dr Mosoka Fallah, says speed is essential in containing the current outbreak.
He spoke to WADR's Adolphus Mawolo.
