Liberia has launched what many describe as the biggest program intended to rehabilitate and empower hundreds of disadvantaged youth, commonly referred to as "Zogoes" in Liberia.
The program, valued at over 13.9 million United States dollars, was launched Thursday, by President George Weah at the Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf conference room in Congo Town outside Monrovia.
