Liberia’s local fishing communities have expressed strong dissatisfaction with the elevated taxes imposed by the National Fisheries and Aquaculture Authority in the country.

They find the reported increase in fishing license fees unacceptable, leading to their consideration of initiating a go-slow in protest.
