Nigeria’s National Security Council, NSC has blamed the recent attack of the St. Francis Catholic Church, Owo, in southwest Ondo State, on the Islamic State West Africa Province, ISWAP.

The Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola made the disclosure on Thursday after the National Security Council meeting presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari in the nation’s capital, Abuja.
