In Nigeria, lawmakers have met with the country's Service Chiefs over the worsening security situation in the country.
The over five-hour meeting held behind closed doors was to proffer solutions to the issue, following attacks on Kaduna International Airport and Abuja-Kaduna Train.
The meeting had in attendance the Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba, the Chief of Defence Staff, Maj. Gen. Lucky Irabor, Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Ameachi and heads of other security agencies.
